摘　　要：莱钢采用合理的成分设计、洁净钢生产技术及控轧控冷工艺,实现了610MPa级汽车大梁用钢的工业生产,产品综合性能优良,屈服强度550MPa,抗拉强度652MPa,延伸率27%,组织以F+P为主,铁素体平均晶粒度达到12级,有效率为50%时的疲劳强度为635MPa,完全满足了用户的使用需求。Adopting reasonable chemical composition design,clean steel technology and TMCP process,Laiwu Steel realized industry productions of 610 MPa grade automobile beam steel. The products have good mechanical properties：The yield strength is 550 MPa,the tensile strength is 652 MPa and the percentage elongation is 27%. The microstructure of LG610L is mainly F＋P and the even grain size reaches 12 grade. The fatigue strength is 635 MPa under 50% survival rates,meeting the user＇s requirements fully.
