威志轿车安全气囊气体发生器国产化可行性分析

摘　　要：为保证威志轿车安全气囊安全供货,避免进口气体发生器由于供货风险造成停产,对气体发生器进行国产化势在必行。文章对国内气体发生器的各项性能指标进行检测,以及台车优化试验、模块DV试验及气体发生器时间-压力试验。结果表明,国内生产的气体发生器的各项指标完全满足设计要求。道路碰撞试验表明,安全气囊气体发生器国产化可行。To ensure the safety supply of WeiZhi airbag, avoid stopping production because of supply risk of imported gas generator, it is imperative to localize the gas generator. Performance index of the gas generator produced in domestic is inspected as well as car optimization experiment, module DV test and gas generator time-pressure test. The results show that each index of the gas generator produced in domestic meet the design requirements completely. The road crash test shows that the localization of airbag gas generator is feasible.
