摘 要:为了分析超重型刮板输送机减速器行星齿轮传动装置的固有特性,建立了该传动装置的平移-扭转耦合动力学模型。模型考虑了中心构件的支承刚度、轮齿时变啮合刚度和齿轮综合啮合误差等影响因素,利用Lagrange方程推导出系统的运动微分方程,进而求解其特征值问题即可获得系统的固有频率和相应振型,同时可获取每一固有频率对应的模态动能和应变能。分析表明,该传动装置具有扭转振动模式和平移振动模式,系统高阶模态动能和应变能比低阶大得多。In order to analyze the inherent features of the planet gear driving device in the gearbox of the heavy scraper conveyor,a horizontal shift-turned round coupling dynamics model of the driving device was established.The model had considered the bearing rigidity of the central structure parts,the instant gearing rigidity of the gear,the comprehensive gearing error of gear and other influence factors.The Lagrange equation was applied to infer the motion differential equation of the system in order to resolve the feature value with the inherent frequency and relevant vibration mode of the system and with the relevant modal kinetic energy and the strain energy of each inherent frequency.The analysis showed that the driving device would have the turned round vibration mode and horizontal shift vibration mode and the high-order kinetic energy and the strain energy of the stem would be higher than the low-order.
