水稻3籽强优恢复系及新型杂交稻选育研究初报

摘　　要：利用茎秆粗壮、大穗着粒密的优良高产恢复系R6030274和具有穗长粒多、3籽簇生结实特征的优质高产恢复系簇RH33杂交,采用系谱法育成了两个穗顶端小穗3籽簇生结实型强优新恢复系簇R3籽10和簇R3籽11,分别与II-32A和广占63S配组育成了簇生双籽和簇生3籽4个新型稻杂交种——双籽Ⅱ优10、双籽Ⅱ优11、3籽广两优10和3籽广两优11,表现育性稳定、群体整齐、穗大粒多、结实率高、丰产性好。Two new type rice restorer lines with 3-grain clustered type in top spikelet,Cu R3 Zi 10 and Cu R3 Zi 11,were bred by means of pedigree method,which were derived from restorer line R6030274 with the characteristics of stout stem,big spike and high grain density crossed with restorer lines Cu RH33 with long spikelet,much grains,3-grain clustered type in top spikelet.Their hybrid varieties,Shuang zi II you 10,Shuang zi II you 11,San zi guang liang you 10 and San zi guang liang you 11,by crossing Cu R3 Zi 10 and Cu R3 Zi 11 with II-32A and Guang zhan 63S,showed the good characteristics of stabile fertility,uniform plant population,big spike and much grains,high seed setting rate and high yield.
