摘　　要：文章重点阐述了中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费专项基本做法,基本业务费实施以来取得的成效,同时也分析了基本科研业务费管理与执行中存在的主要问题,并对下一步财政支持科学事业单位科研工作提出了意见和建议。This paper described the basic practices and achievements of the Fundamental Research Funds for central public welfare research institutes, and also analyzed the main problems in the implement and management of Fundamental Research Funds. Finally, it put forward some comments and suggestions on the next financial support for scientific institutions.
