摘　　要：该文在分析基本科研业务费项目特点与管理要求的基础上,结合ISO9000中的过程方法,介绍了加强基本科研业务费项目过程管理的主要措施,期望为今后基本科研业务费管理模式的探索与完善提供借鉴。This paper analyzed the characteristics and management requirements of Fundamental Research Funds. Combining with the ISO9000 process method, it introduced the main methods for improving the process management of Fundamental Research Funds in practices, which provided theoretical and empirical basis for the exploration and improvement of the management mode of the Fundamental Research Funds in future.
