摘 要:南岳高速公路大源渡湘江特大桥主桥为(56+5×90+56)m预应力混凝土连续梁桥。桥址处水面标高常年处于+50.00m左右,水中设计20根桥墩系梁,系梁顶面至河床面距离9~14m。由于工期紧,需投入6套吊箱进行水中系梁施工,周转次数少,若采用钢结构吊箱,底模投入量大,水下工作量大,造价高。为了避免水下作业、减少投资,设计了钢-混组合结构吊箱。吊箱底板采用钢筋混凝土结构,侧模采用钢结构,侧模与底板采用32精轧螺纹拉杆连接。通过现场20根系梁的顺利施工,证明了钢-混组合结构吊箱设计方案合理、可行。The main bridge of Dayuandu Xiangjiang River Bridge on Nanyue Expressway is a prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge with span arrangement(56+5×90+56) m.At the site of the bridge,the average annual water level of the river is about+50.00 m and under the water there,20 tie beams for piers of the bridge were designed and the distance from the tops of the tie beams to the riverbed surface is 9~14 m.Restricted by the construction time schedule,6 sets of the boxed cofferdams were needed for construction of the tie beams and the turnover times of the cofferdams would be therefore less.If the cofferdams of complete steel structure were employed,the bottom forms of the cofferdams would be costly,the working amount under the water would be great and the cofferdams would not be economic.To avoid the work under the water and reduce the construction cost,the steel and concrete composite boxed cofferdams were designed.The bottom form of a composite boxed cofferdam employed reinforced concrete structure,the side form employed steel structure and the bottom and side forms were connected by 32 finish rolled thread tie bars.The smooth construction of the 20 tie beams at the bridge site eventually proved the design of the composite boxed cofferdam was rational and feasible.
