摘  要:预应力连续箱梁抗弯强度不足导致跨中下挠及开裂是我国早期桥梁病害中的一个较普遍问题,采用碳纤维加固此类病害已在多座桥梁上使用,效果均良好。但目前规范尚无标准的相关设计计算方法,通过分析碳纤维加固预应力受弯构件结构破坏时的原理及理论破坏次序,提出了采用极限应变控制设计的加固设计思路,并在考虑原结构材料折减的基础上,结合规范相关公式,推导了此类结构的设计计算方法。The midspan deflecting and cracking of prestressed concrete(PC) continuous box girder caused by insufficient flexural strength of the girder is a common problem of deterioration of the PC continuous box girder bridges built in China in the early years.Though the strengthening of the structure with the deterioration by carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) has been applied to a great number of the bridges and the effect of the strengthening is sound,there have been no related standard design and calculation methods for the strengthening specified in the current codes.On the basis of analysis of the principles and the theoretic orders of failure of the PC flexural components strengthened by CFRP,the idea of the strengthening design governed by the ultimate strain was brought forward and also on the basis of consideration of the material reduction of the original structure and with reference to the relevant formulae,a design and calculation method for strengthening of the components was derived.
