摘  要:包神铁路黄河特大桥为既有钢桁梁铁路桥,为了能给正确评估该桥病害和提出针对性的治理措施提供依据、确保大桥的安全运营和节省维修费用,对该桥高强度螺栓进行病害普查分析和实桥取样试验分析。普查分析结果显示,高强度螺栓断裂病害主要由钢本身材质、螺栓加工和施拧过程中产生的缺陷等引起,病害发生的概率和程度都不严重,但螺栓的大量断裂会影响桥梁的安全。试验分析结果显示,高强度螺栓的断裂主要是螺栓材质硬度偏高、韧性不足和抗裂性下降导致高强度螺栓应力腐蚀下的滞后断裂。The existing Baoshen Railway Huanghe River Bridge is a steel truss girder bridge.To provide the basis for correct evaluation of the deteriorations of the bridge and for formulation of the corresponding pointed remedial measures and also to ensure the safety operation of the bridge and save the maintenance cost,the deteriorations of the high-strength bolts on the bridge were extensively inspected,the sampling tests of the bolts were made and the inspection and tests were analyzed.The results of the inspection and analysis show that the deterioration of fracture of the bolts is mainly attributed to the designation of the steels used for the bolts and the defect occurring in course of processing and tightening of the bolts.The probability and degrees of occurrence of such deterioration are not severe,however,the safety of the bridge will be imperiled if the deterioration of a great number of the bolts occurs.The results of the tests and analysis further show that the fracture of the bolts is a kind of lagging fracture mainly caused by the slightly high hardness of the steels,the insufficient toughness and decrease of fracture resistance of the bolts under stress and corrosion conditions.
