摘 要:与传统高炉流程冶炼钒钛磁铁矿相比,采用二步法熔融还原工艺有利于回收钒钛磁铁矿中的铁、钒和钛等有价元素。本研究分别在990℃、1200℃、1500℃下进行气体预还原、配碳预还原和熔融还原试验,结果表明:熔融还原的渣铁分离效果良好且铁损较低,铁水钒含量高于高炉流程铁水,钛渣品位可以达到或超过理论品位。攀枝花精矿二步法熔融还原适宜预氧化后采用固体碳预还原,其还原温度应等于或高于1200℃;熔态终还原时可不配碳,终还原应控制钛还原度、(FeO)含量在适宜的范围内。Comparing with the traditional process for iron making with vanadium and titanium magnetite in blast furnace,valuable elements,such as Fe,V and Ti can be recovered absolutely with the two-step smelting reduction process.In order to make further study on the two-steps process,lot's of experiments comprising pre-reduction with gas at the temperatures of 990℃,1200℃ and 1500℃,pre-reduction with carbon and smelting reduction were carried out.The results show that slag and iron can be separated commendably with low iron loss during smelting reduction process.Besides,vanadium content in hot metal is higher than that of blast furnace process,and content of titanium in slag can reach or exceed theory value.According to the experimental results,it is a better way to prereduce Panzhihua concentrate by solid reductant after preoxidation,and the reduction temperature should not below 1200℃.During the process of smelting-reduction carbon could not be added and on the other hand we must control the reductive degree of Ti and the content of FeO in slag are all in the suitable scope.
