摘  要:目的研究骨髓间充质于细胞(BoneMam)w Mesenchymal StemCells,BMSCs)及其分化生成的神经样细胞分别复合聚乳酸一羟基乙酸(Polylactie Glycolic Acid,PLGA)支架材料移植治疗大鼠脊髓损伤的效果。方法分别将单纯的PLGA、BMSCs—PLGA复合物以及神经样细胞一PLGA复合物移植入3组半横切的SD大鼠脊髓损伤模型中,对照组为直接缝合脊髓组。术后观察4组动物60d。结果BMSCs及其分化生成的神经样细胞能在PLGA上良好的黏附、增殖和生长,两者复合移植后能促进脊髓及膀胱排尿功能的恢复。结论BMSCs及神经样细胞复合PI.GA移植可作为组织工程治疗脊髓损伤后膀胱功能的一种方法。Objectives To study separately the effect of bone marrow mesenehymal stem cells (BMSCs) ~md diffcrentialed nenliated neural -like cells combined with polylactic glyeolic acid (PLGA) scaffolds,both composite which restore to SD rat, s hladder function aider spinal cord injury. Methods Bold scaffold, BMSCs - PLGA complex, and neural - like cells - PLGA complex were separately transplanted into SD rat models with the transection for right -pinal cord,the control group which is a direct suture half crosscut spinal eord group. And obsvered SD rat models ,thuring 60 days after operation. Results BMSCs and neural - like cells can be exactly adhere to, proliferate and grow on the PLGA;BMSCs and neural - like cells combined with PLGA,which can restore to spinal cord and promote the recovery of bladder function of SD rat models. Conclusions BMSCs and differentiated neural - like cells ,combined with PLGA scaffolds, which can be used as a method of tissue engineering, to treat bladder function caused by spinal cord injury.
