高血压患者第四医学运用状况及干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的探索高血压患者第四医学运用状况,评价高血压患者第四医学行为社区干预效果。方法随机抽取郑州市金水区高血压患者413例,采用以社区为基础的随机对照试验,将研究对象分为干预组(208例)和对照组(205例),干预12个月后随访,比较两组高血压患者第四医学运用状况、高血压病相关知识知晓情况和生命质量情况。结果干预前社区高血压患者第四医学运用情况较差,干预后干预组在高血压相关知识知晓率、第四医学运用情况及生命质量等方面较对照组均有明显提高(χ2=7,P<0.05)。结论第四医学是高血压病防治的有效途径。Objective To evaluate the applieatiti0n and intervention effects of the community- based fourth medical behavior of patients with hypertension. Methods Totally 413 patients with hypertension in Jinshui district of Zhengzhou city were randomly selected and divided into two groups （the treatment group 208 cases, the control group 205 cases） for community -based randomized controlled trial. The application of the four medical behavior, the knowledge of hypertension and the QOL of the two groups were compared after 12 months. Results Before intervention; the application of the four medical behavior among the patients with hypertension in community was poor. After the intervention, the knowledge of hypertension, the application of the four medica＇i behavior and the QOL of the intervention group were higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conciluisions The fourth medicine behavior is an effective method to prevent and treat hypertension.
