摘　　要：目的探讨早期糖尿病肾病患者血清中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和胱抑素C(CysC)水平的变化及其意义。方法分别应用酶法和免疫比浊法检测100例早期糖尿病肾病患者和100例健康对照者血清中Hcy和CysC水平的变化。结果早期糖尿病肾病组血清中同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清中Hcy和Cys-C水平变化可作为早期糖尿病肾病患者早期肾损伤一个理想的指标,两者联合检测对早期糖尿病肾病诊断具有重要意义。Objective To study the changes and significance of serum homocysteine and cystatin C in early diabetic nephropathy. Methods The levels of HCY and Cystatin C in the samples included 100 patients with early diabetic nephropathy and 100 healthy controls was studied by immunoturbidime- trie assay and enzymatic method. Results The levels of serum homocysteine and Cystatin C elevated more significantly in patients with EDN than those of the healthy controls （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The levels of serum homocysteine and Cystatin C can be chosen as the sensitive indicators in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. And combined detection is significant in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.
