摘  要:目的观察微创经皮插入锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗胫骨下段粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法对2008年3月至2010年11月收治的35例胫骨下段粉碎性骨折患者,采用微创钢板内固定技术手术治疗,对手术时间、术中出血量、切口并发症以及骨折愈合时间进行研究。结果平均手术时间为43min,平均术中出血110ml,无切口感染、钢板外露,骨折愈合时间为平均13.4周。结论微创钢板技术具有手术创伤小,切口及软组织并发症少,踝关节功能良好等优点,是治疗胫骨下段粉碎性骨折安全、有效的方法。Objective To explore the clinical outcome of treatment of distal tibial fractures with minimally invasive osteosynthesis. Methods Totally 35 cases of distal tibial fractures underwent mini- mally invasive osteosyuthesis with an LCP from March 2008 to November 2010;The operation time, blood loss, complication of cutaneous and time of fracture healing of were analyzed respectively. Re- suits The average operation time was 43 minutes, the average blood loss was 110 ml, the average time of fracture healing was 13.4 weeks;There were no infection and skin necrosis. Conclusions Min- imally invasive plating is a safe and effective way to treat distal tibial fractures with fewer traumas, low risk of soft tissue complications and good recovery of ankle function.
