摘 要:从元件和系统等角度充分分析了影响大电网可靠性的因素,提出影响可靠性的因素分类体系,即将影响因素分为:元件可靠性参数、网络电气参数、网络结构及系统运行参数等四大类,分析了四类因素间的相互关系等,给出每类影响因素包含的子因素及其关系。给出了可靠性参数等相关子因素影响的数学模型,以刻画其对大电网的可靠性影响程度。将提出的因素分类体系、数学模型等成果应用于IEEE RTS-79系统可靠性评估中,分析各因素对系统可靠性的影响。提出的可靠性影响因素分类和分析为系统可靠性评估、可靠性改善等提供了理论依据。Based on the reliability analysis, the classification system of influencing factors for the bulk power system reliability is proposed from the angle of component and system. This system consists of four classes of impacting factors, i.e. components reliability parameters, electrical parameters of power systems, network configurations and system operational parameters. The sub-factors of each class and the relationships among the four class factors are also discussed. In order to describe the impact degree of each factor on the system reliability, the mathematic models for each factor are also presented. The proposed concepts and models are applied to the IEEE RTS-79 system reliability assessment. The results show that the proposed techniques can be used to analyze the impact of factors on the system reliability. The analysis and classification of reliability influencing factors in this paper supply a theoretical basis for the reliability evaluation and reliability improvement.
