摘　　要：目的建立增生药膏中士的宁的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为kromasil C18柱,流动相为乙腈∶0.01 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠与0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾等量混合溶液(加10%磷酸调节pH值至2.8)=21∶79,检测波长260 nm,柱温30℃,流速1 mL/min。结果士的宁在0.125 6～0.471 0μg范围内,进样量与峰面积的线性关系良好(r2=0.9999),平均回收率为98.45%,RSD=0.85%。结论该方法简便快捷,重复性好,可作为增生药膏中士的宁的测定方法。Objective To establish the method for determining the content of strychnine in Zengsheng Yaogao by HPLC.Methods A HPLC method was carried on kromasil C18 column,with acetonitril：equal volume of 0.01 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate and 0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate sodium（adjusted pH to 2.8 by 10% phosphoric acid）=21∶79 as mobile phase.The UV detection wavelength was 260 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The calibration curve of strychnine showed good linearity（r2=0.999 9） within the range of 0.125 6-0.471 0 ？g and the average recovery was 98.45%,RSD was 0.85%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and with good reproducibility for the determination of strychnine in Zengsheng Yaogao.
