摘　　要：目的建立降脂宁薄膜衣片中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法采用Venusil MP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(55∶45)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长360 nm,理论塔板数按槲皮素峰计不低于2 500。结果槲皮素在0.0305～0.244μg之间呈良好的线性关系(Y=97 709X-10 957,r2=0.999 8,n=5),平均回收率为100.08%,RSD=1.64%。结论该方法简便、专属性好,适用于降脂宁薄膜衣片中槲皮素的定量分析。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in Jiangzhining Film-Coated Tablets.Methods Venusil MP C18（5 ？m,4.6 mm×250 mm） column was used for the HPLC determination,and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric（55∶45） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 360 nm.Results Quercetin had good linear relationship in the range of 0.030 5-0.244 ？g（Y=97 709X-10 957,r2=0.999 8,n=5）.The average recovery was 100.08%,RSD was 1.64%.Conclusion The method is rapid and suitable for determination of quercetin in Jiangzhining Film-Coated Tablets.
