澳门与香港、拉斯维加斯的服务产业内部结构变动比较研究

摘　　要：运用标准差系数指标对澳门、香港和拉斯维加斯的服务产业内部结构变动进行了测量。研究结果显示,澳门第三产业行业间标准差系数平均值比香港、拉斯维加斯大,结构集聚趋势更明显。另外,澳门所有服务行业内标准差系数同样较香港大,波动性都比香港大。虽然澳门整个第三产业的波动性比拉斯维加斯大,但是在14个服务行业中,有两个服务行业的波动性比拉斯维加斯小。文章还揭示了澳门第三产业的结构往博彩业集聚发展是一个市场化的结果,而行业的特性和政府施政理念则是影响行业波动的重要因素。This article measures the internal structural variation on service industry in Macao, Hong Kong and Las Vegas with Coefficient of Variation. The results show that the mean of Coefficient of Variation among Macao＇s tertiary industry is larger than that in Hong Kong and Las Vegas, the structural agglomeration even more obvious. Moreover, the Coefficient of Variation in all Macao＇s service industries is bigger than Hong Kong; the fluctuation is more obvious than Hong Kong. Although the fluctuation of Macao＇s tertiary industry is larger than Las Vegas, in 14 service industries, the fluctuation of two service industries is smaller than Las Vegas. The article also reveals that the gaming industry agglomerating in the structure of Macao＇s tertiary industry results from market - oriented development. The characteristic of the industry and government policy ideas is an important factor affecting the industry fluctuation.
