摘　　要：通过建立环境污染与经济增长的误差修正模型,区分了污染物排放-人均收入的长期均衡关系和对长期关系的短期扰动,更准确地描述了我国环境污染与人均收入的关系,为环境规制的制定和评价提供理论参考。This paper develops an error correction model on environment pollution and economic growth,differentiates the long-run equilibrium between pollutant emission and per capita income from the short-run disturbances on the long-run relationship,and depicts more accurately the relationship between environmental pollution and per capita income,which proposes theoretical references for the formulation and evaluation of environment regulations.
