摘　　要：以中国专利数据库为数据源,定量分析了包括捕捞机械、养殖机械、水产品加工机械和绳网机械在内的我国渔业机械领域专利技术的基本状况与发展态势,以及专利分布、主要机构和核心人物、专利技术生命周期,并归纳出我国渔业机械专利发展状况的3个特点。The study data are from Chinese patent databases.Quantitative analyse on basic situation,development trend,distribution,the main research institutes and the key figure,and the life cycle of fishery machinery patent in China,including fishing machinery,aquaculture machinery,aquatic products processing machinery and rope-netting machinery.Finally,the paper summarizes the characteristic feature of fishing machinery patent in China.
