摘  要:试验研究了草鱼饲料中酵母细胞壁(YCW)的最适添加量,以及添加YCW对草鱼生长和免疫性能的影响。结果表明:在有鱼粉饲料中,0.5g/kg的YCW添加量对草鱼生长的促进效果最明显,其质量增加率和饵料系数分别达到了194.36%和2.05,随着YCW添加量的增加,促进效果减弱;在无鱼粉饲料中,添加量为5g/kg时草鱼的质量增加率和饵料系数达到最大,分别为188.76%和2.12。可看出添加YCW对草鱼生长性能影响显著。两种饲料添加YCW后,草鱼的谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总蛋白和免疫球蛋白均有一定程度的下降,表明饲料中添加YCW可以改善机体免疫性能。The optimal addition of yeast cell walls (YCW) in the grass carp feed and the effect of YCW on growth performanceand immune performance of grass carp were studied. The results showed that; The YCW addition of 0.5 g/kg in feed supplemented fish meal promoted the growth of grass carp the most, weight growth rate(WGR) reached 194.36%, and feed coefficient (FC) was 2. 05. However, with the increase of the addition, the promotion effect decreased; The optimal addition of YCW in feed without fish meal was 5 g/kg,WGR reached 188. 76% and FC was 2.12, which proved that adding YCW could improve growth performance of grass carp. Adding YCW in the two kinds of feed, the content of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase, total protein and immune globulin all decreased to some extent, which indicated that dietary YCW could improve immune performance.
