摘　　要：文章叙述了清洁生产的定义与发展,原油生产过程中的清洁生产管理,清洁生产前期工作,采油作业过程中的清洁生产,集输作业过程中的清洁生产,对基层单位原油生产过程中污染物的产生治理进行分析,提出了一些节能减排思路,为基层推行清洁生产管理提供参考。This article introduces the definition and development of cleaner production,cleaner production management in crude oil production,preliminary work of cleaner production,cleaner production in oil production process and gathering and transportation process.Besides it analyzes pollutant production and treatment in grass-roots unit crude oil production and puts forward some energy conservation and emission reduction ideas which provide the reference for cleaner production management promotion in grass-roots units.
