摘 要:我们合成了不同Co掺杂浓度的CeFe1-xCoxAsO,并测量其电输运性质和静磁化率.最佳掺杂浓度为x(Co)=0.15,且超导温度TC=11.3K.超导电性发生在很窄的掺杂范围内.静磁化率和电子顺磁共振测量显示在0.15和0.2两个组分样品中存在磁扰动.磁扰动与顺磁存在竞争关系.Here we report the synthesis and basic characterization of CeFe1-xCoxAsO for several values of x. Replacing Fe with Co is expected to make electron-dope to the system and introduce disorder in the FeAs layer. For x 0. 15 superconductivity is observed at Tconset = 11.3 K. Superconductivity is not observed for x = 0. 05 and 0. 1. Superconductivity occurs at narrow Co doping regime. Furthermore, susceptibility and electron spin resonance measurements suggest strong magnetic frustration exists in both x=0. 15 and x=0. 2 samples around antiferromagnetic ordering. Ferromagnetic fluctuation coexists and competes with electron paramagnetism.
