摘 要:介绍了对一种新型中子剂量当量仪的能量响应性能的分析。用MCNP程序分别计算了它的各探测单元的中子注量能量响应,并按照中子剂量当量指示值的算法计算了它的中子周围剂量当量能量响应性能,从计算结果看,在热中子~15 MeV的能量范围内它的能量响应变化范围大约在0.55~1.95之间。计算了它在Am-Be源和Cf-252源照射下的中子周围剂量当量响应,与实验测量结果进行了比较,计算值与实验值吻合得较好。Analyzing of the energy response of a new type neutron dose-equivalent meter(NDM) was introduced.The energy dependence of neutron fluence of each detecting unit of the NDM was calculated.The energy dependence of the neutron ambient dose-equivalent was also calculated according to the calculating algorithm of the indication results of neutron dose-equivalent.The calculated results indicated that the energy dependence of the NDM was from 0.55~1.95 in the energy range from thermal to 15 MeV.The neutron ambient dose-equivalent responses of the NDM in the radiation of Am-Be neutron source and Cf-252 neutron source were also calculated.,and the calculated results had good accordance to the experiment results.
