摘　　要：介绍了在处置发生卡源故障的某辐照厂实施放射源退役的过程中,因为货物的倾斜导致了护源罩与下部焊接开缝,工作人员在倒源的过程中发现一枚源因外力作用导致外壳受损。后经对周围环境水、土样、及周围环境检测,未发现放射性污染。It describes implementation the process of an irradiation plant after stucking sources,because the tilt of the goods has led to the source protection welding mask of the source and the lower slot,the staff in the process discovery a radioactive source due to external force cause shell damage.After detecting the surrounding environment water,soil sample we don＇ t discover radioactive pollution.
