摘　　要：乙烯装置急冷系统通过优化换热流程,使裂解炉空气预热器全部恢复投用,同时实现急冷水塔塔顶、塔底温度正常控制,实现节能减排目标,提高了装置竞争力。By optimizing the heat exchange process of quench system in ethylene plant,all the air pre-heaters in cracking furnace are put back into operation,the overhead and bottom temperature in quench water column are normally controlled,the targets for energy conservation and emission reduction are realized and the competitiveness of the unit are enhanced.
