摘 要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(卷积谱)法对经不同剂量γ-射线核辐照的三七总皂苷粉进行了对比研究。辐照剂量不高于9kGy时,三七总皂苷粉样品的化学成分几乎没有发生变化;三七总皂苷粉样品经15kGy及以上的辐照剂量辐照后,可能产生新的化学成分;经21kGy的剂量辐照,三七总皂苷粉产生了人参、三七粉所含的普通成分(非三七总皂苷成分),还出现了含有C=O=C、—O=C—O—功能团的化学成分。表明采用辐照剂量不高于9kGy的核辐照杀灭三七总皂苷粉污染的微生物和各种寄生虫卵是可行的;15kGy及以上剂量辐照三七总皂苷粉是不可取的。The different dosage powders of notoginseng leaf saponins(NLS) that were irradiated by the γ-ray were contrastively investigated by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy.When dosages of irradiation were less than 9kGy,the chemical components of the NLS was practically unchanged.When dosages of irradiation were great than or equal to 15kGy,the some new chemical components in the NLS were produced.When dosage of irradiation was 21kGy,the common components(not the components in the NLS) of panax notoginseng and ginseng were produced from the NLS,and the chemical components including fnctional group C=O=C and COO were produced.When dosages of irradiation were less than 9kGy,it was feasible that the polluted microorganism and different kinds of parasite ovum by the NLS were killed,but it was infeasible when dosages of irradiation were great than or equal to 15kGy.
