摘 要:通过中药传统煎煮和超声提取两种方法获取生半夏和清半夏水提液,采用下列三步分析水提液中各种铝形态:用0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤,部分滤液通过732N a型阳离子交换树脂,另一部分滤液与8羟-基喹啉反应。石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定总铝及各形态铝含量。结果显示,生半夏中铝总量11.20μg/g,清半夏则高达3.253m g/g。生半夏水提取率明显低于清半夏,超声水提取率高于水煮煎出率。生半夏中活性低的残渣铝、颗粒铝、稳定态铝和聚合/胶体强结合有机铝较多;清半夏中主要以毒性最大的单体铝形态为主,但由于高温使水煎煮液中形成更多的颗粒态铝。Water-extraction solution of raw rhizoma pinelliae(RRP) and rhizoma pinelliae praeparatum cum alumine(RPA) were prepared by the traditional method of decocting herbs and ultrasonic extraction method.Speciation of aluminum in the solution were analysed by the follow three steps.The water-extraction solution filtered through 0.45μm microfiltration membrane.Some of the filtering solution passed through the 732 cation exchange resin column,the others reacted with 8-hydroxyquinoline.The concentrations of total aluminum and its speciation were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).The total aluminum contents in RRP and RPA were 11.20μg/g and 3.253mg/g,respectively.The extraction rate of RRP was obviously lower than that of RPA.The ultrasonic extraction rate was higher than the water-decocting rate.The speciation concentrations of residual aluminum,particulate aluminum,non-labile aluminum and colloidal polymeric aluminum,strong alumino-organic complexes were higher in RRP.But the major speciation was monomeric aluminum in RPA.The more particulate aluminum formed in water decoction for high temperature.
