摘 要:设计合成一种含蒽醌基偶氮染料,在pH 8.3 EDTA-NaOH缓冲介质中,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱法研究了其与硼酸、阴离子及阳离子的相互作用。结果表明,以邻位酚羟基为识别位点,蒽醌基和偶氮基为信号报告基团,受体分子可选择性识别硼酸,吸收光谱蓝移50nm,溶液颜色由玫瑰红色变为黄色,常见阴离子及阳离子均不影响其对硼酸的识别。同时对识别机理进行了初步探讨,得出硼酸与受体分子形成1∶1稳定络合物,结合常数为760L.mol-1。One azoanthraquinone dye was synthesized,and its interaction with boric acid,anions and cations at pH 8.3 EDTA-NaOH buffer solution were studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.It was found that the receptor could selectively recognize boric acid with bearing o-hydroxy of phenolic as recognition site,azo group,anthraquinone group as signal group.A 50nm blue shift of receptor absorption spectrum and the color of the solution changed yellow from rose red.Ordinary anions and cations didn't disturb the recognition reaction.Recognition mechanism was discussed preliminarily,which indicated that receptor and boric acid formed a 1∶1 stable complex.The bond constant was determined to be 760L·mol-1.
