红外光谱法测定感冒咳嗽颗粒中的蔗糖含量

摘  要:以感冒咳嗽颗粒为原料,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪为检测手段,提出并建立一种简便、快速、不使用任何有机溶剂的蔗糖定量分析方法。准确称取蔗糖对照品,以铁氰化钾作为内标物,通过溴化钾压片制样,配制成标准系列,测定FT IR吸收光谱。选择蔗糖中不受干扰的特征吸收峰羰基峰和铁氰化钾中的特征吸收峰氰基峰,通过蔗糖特征峰吸光度与铁氰化钾特征峰的吸光度的峰高之比与其对应浓度进行线性回归分析,从而获得校准曲线。结果表明,方法的线性范围为0.04—34.56m g/g,其线性回归的相关系数r=0.9932,样品测定回收率为97.8%—101.6%,相对标准偏差小于5%。该方法准确,可靠,适合于其他蔗糖类物质的快速定量分析。A simple,rapid,solvent-free method for the quantificational analysis of the sucrose has been put forward and established by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy with cold and cough particles as raw material.Reference substance was suitable for sucrose was precisely weighed,with potassium ferricyanide as an internal standard substance,and the standard series was prepared by KBr preparation samples that were determined by FTIR spectroscopy.The nilinterference characteristic absorption peak of carbonyl in sucrose and the characteristic cyan-peak in potassium ferricyanide as the peaks for quantitative analysis were selected for the determination.By calculating the ratio of the two peak heights between sucrose and potassium ferricyanide,the two peak height ratio showed a good linearity(r=0.9932) with the concentration in the solid mixture in the range of 0.04—34.56mg/g,and the average recovery of sucrose was 97.8%—101.6%,and relative standard deviation was less than 5%.The method is suitable for determination of other sugar materials with accurate and reliable advantages.
