摘　　要：建立一种光纤传感技术结合紫外-可见吸收光谱快速定性、定量分析药物的方法。将光纤探头浸入待测药物溶液中,氘灯光源发出的光通过光纤传输到探头,由探头感受经溶液吸收的光信号,并再次通过光纤反馈到检测器,最终通过计算机即时显示待测药物的光纤紫外-可见吸收光谱,并利用光谱中最大、最小吸收波长及吸光度与对比图谱比较获得定性、定量信息。建立了光纤传感技术快速检验马来酸氯苯那敏片的方法。经方法学考察,在4.32—25.92μg/mL范围内,浓度与吸光度均呈良好线性关系;日间、日内精密度<1%,回收率为100.61±0.82(%);光纤传感快速检验马来酸氯苯那敏片定性、定量分析结果与《中国药典》的方法相比无显著性差异。本方法可以实现对马来酸氯苯那敏片快速定性、定量分析,且结果可信。A rapid,qualitative and quantitative analysis method of medicine by optical fiber sensing technology with UV-Vis absorption spectrum was established.The probe can be dipped into sample solution,optical fiber transfered the light from deuterium lamps to the probe,which can feel the light signal of absorbed by the solution,and the light signal back to the detection system through the optical fiber,then UV-Vis absorption spectrum of drug can be shown by the computer,qualitative and quantitative information were obtained and compared by maximum and minimum wavelength,absorbance and contrast spectrums.A method for rapid analysis of chlorpheniramine maleate tablets was established,in range of 4.32—25.92μg/mL,concentration and absorbance had good linear relationship.And within-day and day-to-day precision were less than 1%,recoveries within 100.61%±0.82%.The results are in line with the ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ in the regulations.The method can be applied for rapid,qualitative and quantitative analysis of chlorpheniramine maleate tablets with credible results.
