摘　　要：针对中国石油兰州石化公司460 kt/a乙烯装置碱洗流程中碱用量过大、黄油生成量过多等问题,对其原因进行分析,提出可行的处理方法,延长碱洗塔的运行周期,改善碱洗塔的操作,并降低对环境的影响,从而确保乙烯装置长周期运行目标的实现。This article analyzes the reasons for some problems in acid gas removal system of the 460 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,such as high caustic consumption and large amount of grease produced,and proposes some reasonable methods to prolong the operation cycle of caustic tower,improve its operation and reduce its impact on the environment, so as to realize long-term operation of the ethylene plant.
