摘  要:对自制乳房炎疫苗免疫后的抗体效价进行评估。用甲醛37℃过夜灭活大肠埃希菌、葡萄球菌,分别制备蜂胶灭活疫苗、转移因子灭活苗及无佐剂疫苗,接种泌乳期奶山羊后,分别在不同时间采集免疫羊的血清和乳汁,ELISA测定血清大肠埃希菌和葡萄球菌的抗体效价。研究结果显示,大肠埃希菌和葡萄球菌经甲醛灭活彻底;与免疫前相比,血清和乳汁中的大肠埃希菌和葡萄球菌的特异性抗体效价均显著升高;与无佐剂疫苗相比,蜂胶和转移因子均能够显著提高血液和乳汁中的特异性抗体效价,转移因子促进抗体分泌的效果最好;免疫后羊乳汁中sIgA的含量也显著提高;攻毒试验显示,单独用灭活菌苗免疫的保护率大约在67%左右,蜂胶或转移因子可显著提高免疫保护效果。To evaluate antibody titer of self-made vaccine for mastitis of dairy goats,the Escherichia coli and staphylococci isolates were inactivated at 37 ℃ using formaldehyde to prepare propolis and transfer factor inactivated vaccine,and non-adjuvant vaccine.Each vaccine was used to immunize dairy goats at lactation period,then the serum and milk were harvested at different times,which were used to determine antibody titer of E.coli and staphylococci.The E.coli and staphylococci could be inactivated completely by formaldehyde.The specific antibody titers for E.coli and staphylococci were significantly increased compared with that before immunization.Compared with non-adjuvant vaccine,both the propolis and transfer factor could significantly increase specific antibody titers in serum and milk,and the effect of transfer factor to promote the antibody secretion was the best.The SIgA was also significantly increased.The inactivated E.coli and staphylococci vaccine can protect about 67% dairy goats form mastitis.The effects of vaccine will become more strong if transfer factors or propolis added.
