摘　　要：为探讨不同染色方法对蒙古马皮肤肥大细胞(MC)显示的影响,本试验采用将蒙古马皮肤用Carnoy氏液固定,然后进行常规甲苯胺蓝-藏红O复染法和改良甲苯胺蓝-藏红O不同复染时间的染色方法,光镜下进行观察。结果表明,蒙古马皮肤采用改良甲苯胺蓝-藏红O复染5s染色方法(MTB-S)对肥大细胞有很好的染色效果。To investigate the effect of different staining methods on the mast cells of Mongolia horse skin.The tissues were fixed in Carnoy＇s solution.Modified toluidine blue-safranin O and toluidine blue-safranin O staining（different time counterstaining） were used to show the mast cells in the skin by optical microscope.The result indicated that modified toluidine blue-safranin O（5 s counterstaining） gave specific staining of all mast cells in skin tissues.
