饲喂青海草原毛虫对绵羊6项血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：给5只试验羊每天按50个/只～60个/只数量饲喂草原毛虫,并在试验前和试验后每间隔7d监测血清6项生化指标,以探索草原毛虫对试验羊血清生化指标的影响。结果表明,试验羊在连续饲喂8d后舌表面出现黑斑,试验第13d舌面黑斑处严重溃烂出血;试验羊血清谷草转氨酶活性、碱性磷酸酶活性、肌酐含量在试验期间无明显变化(P>0.05),尿素氮含量在试验14d后明显升高(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶活性在试验14d后明显降低(P<0.05),乳酸脱氢酶活性在试验28d后明显降低(P<0.05),说明草原毛虫能够引起试验羊口腔黏膜的溃烂。50-60 Gynaephora qinghaiensis were fed to 5 experimental sheep every day,and 6 seral biochemical indexes were tested before the experiment and 7 days after experiment,to study the effect of Gynaephora qinghaiensis on sheep.The results showed that the dark spots appeared in the tongue surface of experiment sheep after 8 days,and ulcer and hemorrhage appeared in the dark spots after 13 days.In the all test period,the GOT,AKP activities and SCR content were not significant changed（P0.05）,and BUN content inereased significantly（P0.05） and GPT activity decreased significantly（P0.05） after 14 days of test period,and LDH activity decreased significantly（P0.05） after 28 days of test period.Gynaephora qinghaiensis can lead to the ulcer in mouth mucous membrane of sheep.
