摘　　要：为找到一种快捷实用的动物病理切片制作技术,本研究以经典石蜡切片技术为基础,通过对关键技术环节的改良与创新,探索出了一种新的病理切片快捷制作方法。结果表明,用此方法所得的病理切片质量高,HE染色着色良好,镜下观察细胞结构清晰,胞质与胞核对比鲜明。In order to study a quick and practical preparation method for animal histopathological section,we explored a new quick and easy preparation method of paraffin section by improving and innovating the key technique process that based on classical paraffin section.The result showed the color of paraffin section by the new method was good by hematoxylin-eosin staining,the cell structure was clear,and the cytoplasm and nucleus had sharp contrast by microscope.
