摘  要:利用扫描电镜、电化学工作站等,研究了不同铈盐添加方法对ZE10镁合金在由硅酸钠14g/L、氟化钠14g/L、氢氧化钠2g/L、甘油5mL/L组成的溶液中,于电压300V、脉冲频率1kHz、占空比15%的条件下微弧氧化20min所得微弧氧化膜厚度、形貌和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,先进行铈盐转化处理再微弧氧化和在电解液中添加铈盐微弧氧化都能降低膜层厚度,减少膜层微裂纹,提高膜层致密度,进一步提高膜层的耐腐蚀性能。先进行铈盐转化处理再在添加铈盐的电解液中微弧氧化得到的膜层微裂纹最少,致密度最高,耐蚀性最好。The effects of addition methods of cerium salt on the thickness, morphology and corrosion resistance of micro- arc oxidation (MAO) coating prepared on ZE10 Mg alloy from an electrolyte containing sodium silicate 14 g/L, NaF 14 g/L, NaOH 2 g/L, and glycerin 5 mL/L at voltage 300 V, pulse frequency 1 kHz, and duty cycle 15% for 20 rain were studied by scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical workstation. The results showed that both the pretreatment of cerium conversion prior to micro-arc oxidation and the addition of cerium salt to the electrolyte followed by oxidation can reduce the thickness and cracks of micro-arc oxidation coating, improve the compactness and further enhance its corrosion resistance. The coating prepared by prior cerium conversion process followed by micro-arc oxidation in the electrolytic containing cerium salt has the least t cracks, highest density and best corrosion resistance.
