摘  要:以苯并三氮唑(BTA)和溴代正丁烷为原料,采用一步法合成了N-丁基苯并三氮唑(N-BBTA),研究了BTA、N-BBTA以及N-BBTA与BTA的复配体系对铜在3%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的缓蚀行为。结果表明,单一N-BBTA和BTA对铜均具有一定的缓蚀能力。当N-BBTA、BTA浓度为10mmol/L时,缓蚀率分别为60.61%和72.05%。当BTA和N-BBTA分别以浓度8mmol/L和2mmol/L进行复配时,缓蚀率达到93.46%,表明两物质具有良好的协同缓蚀能力。大气加速腐蚀试验表明,铜片在上述复配体系中的抗大气腐蚀能力明显提高。N-butyl benzotriazole (N-BBTA) was synthesized with benzotriazole (BTA) and n-butyl bromide as raw materials by a one-step process. The corrosion inhibition of BTA, N-BBTA and composite inhibitor of BTA with N-BBTA on copper in 3wt% NaCl solution was studied. The results proved that both single BTA and N-BBTA present a corrosion inhibition effect. The corrosion inhibition efficiency of BTA and N-BBTA is 60.61% and 72.05%, respectively, when their concentrations are 10 retool/L, but it is up to 93.46% when BTA and N-BBTA is mixed at a concentration ratio of 8 mmol/L to 2 mmol/L, showing a good synergistic effect. Air accelerating corrosion test showed that the atmosphere corrosion inhibition of copper is remarkably improved in the composite system.
