三金片治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察中成药三金片治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法将130例BPH患者分为中成药治疗组(90例)和西药对照组(40例),中成药组予三金片3片,每天3次口服,西药组予保列治每天5mg顿服,两组均连续用药3个月,观察治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)、最大尿流率(MFR)、经腹B超测膀胱残余尿量、前列腺体积的变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者的I-PSS评分、MFR及残余尿量均明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),前列腺体积的改变差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后比较差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中成药三金片治疗BPH具有较好的疗效,且不良反应少,可在临床推广应用。Objective To report the effect of Sanjin tablet,a Chinese herbal preparat ionmade of herba Pteris multifidae,on treating benign prostatic hyperp lasia（BPH）.Methods 130 patients were assigned to two groups.90 patients in the treated group were administered orally with Sanjin tablet and 40 patients in the control group were treated with Proscar.The effects were evaluated by the change of the related indexes before and after treatment including scoring by interna tional prostatic symptom scale（I-PSS）,maximum flowing rate of urine（MFR）,residue urine volume（RU） in urinary bladder determined by abdominal B-ultrasonography and volume of prostate.Results I-PSS,MFR and RU improved remarkably in both groups after treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,but with no significant change in the volume of prostate（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Sanjin tablet has a good effect with less adverse reaction on treating BPH.
