摘　　要：目的评价国产与进口头孢替唑钠治疗急性呼吸道及泌尿道感染的经济学效果。方法根据文献资料,对国产与进口头孢替唑钠治疗136例急性呼吸道及泌尿道感染患者的方案进行最小成本分析。结果国产与进口头孢替唑钠组成本分别为1542.24元和2612.96元;总有效率分别为94.29%和92.42%;成本-效果比分别为16.36和28.27。结论国产头孢替唑钠治疗急性呼吸道及泌尿道感染具有明显的药物经济学优势。Objective To evaluate the economic-effectiveness of domestic and imported ceftezole in treatment of acute respiratory tract and urinary tract infection.Methods The cost-minimization of domestic and imported ceftezole in treating 136 patients with acute respiratory tract and urinary tract infection were analyzed.Results The total costs of domestic and imported ceftezole were 1542.24 and 2612.96 yuan.The effective rate were 94.29% and 92.42%.The cost-effectiveness ratios were 16.36 and 28.27.Conclusion The therapy of domestic ceftezole has marked pharmacoeconomics advantage over imported ceftezole in treatment of acute respiratory tract and urinary tract infection.
