摘　　要：农村政治文明建设离不开农村女性的积极参与。基于女村官在农村政治文明建设中的重要作用,本文通过对广西779位村"两委"女干部的数据分析,探讨如何加大女村官队伍培养力度,提高村"两委"女干部综合素质,进而为推动农村政治文明建设进行有益探索。The construction of rural political civilization can not be achieved without the active participation of rural females. Given the important roles of female village officials in the construction of rural political civilization, this article, based on the data analysis of 779 village officials in Guangxi, discusses the ways of strengthening training for female village officials and improving their comprehensive quality, so as to promote the construction of rural political civilization.
