摘  要:未来几年国内聚丙烯产能的迅猛增长将推动中国取代美国成为世界第一大聚丙烯生产国。但我国聚丙烯行业产品结构布局不合理,没有形成规模经济,生产成本高,与国际大型石化企业竞争上处于劣势。因此中石油要在中石化、中海油、合资企业、国际石化企业的竞争中占有优势,需要进行竞争战略分析,运用PESTEL、产业竞争环境以及SWOT分析中石油聚丙烯产品所具备的优势、劣势和机遇与挑战。With the rapid USA and becomes the world's l increase of production capacity in the coming years, China is going to replace eading manufacture country of PP. However, the petrochemical companies in China are still inferior to the multinational petrochemical companies worldwide due to its high price resulted from its lack of scale economy and irrational distribution of products series. As a result, it is essential for CNPC to make a general analysis of the competitive strategy in order to competing with Sinopec, CNOOC, joint-venture companies and other petrochemical companies in the world. Based on research, this article analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of CNPC's PP products by applying PESTEL, industrial competitiveness and SWOT.
