摘 要:以聚芳醚腈树脂为基体、富勒烯为纳米功能填料制备了聚芳醚腈介电功能复合薄膜。首先通过共溶剂控制蒸发法制备了聚芳醚腈/富勒烯低介电薄膜。着重分析了共溶剂控制蒸发分散方法对富勒烯分散效果以及薄膜性能的影响。研究发现:利用聚合物大分子链与填料粒子逐渐相互缠结的原理,共溶剂控制蒸发法对于制备可溶解性纳米填料的复合材料可以达到极佳的分散效果,获得的复合薄膜不仅具有低于2.0的介电常数,而且其热性能和力学性能都得以提高。"Porous" PEN films were prepared using fullerene as the matrix and fullerene as nano functional filler. PEN/fullerene low dielectric film was prepared by co-solvent controlling evaporation method of which effect on the dispersion resuh and film property was analyzed. The results showed that the polymer molecule chains and filler particle gradually tangled, co-solvent controlling evaporation method had excellent dispersion influence on the nano-filler composite materials, The dielectric constant 6 was lower to 2. 0 and the mechanical properties were improved.
