摘  要:目的:探讨责任护士负责制的护理模式,对住院患者健康教育的效果影响。方法:采取回顾性研究的方法,试验组与对照组相比较。对照组由临床治疗护士在对患者实施治疗过程中,实施健康教育,无确定的责任护士负责。试验组采取责任护士负责制的护理模式,即在我院18个病区实施每名患者均有责任护士,负责入院、诊治、出院各个环节的治疗与护理,特别是以整体护理观为基础进行的有计划、有组织、有系统的健康教育,对患者实施主动、全面、连续的健康教育服务模式。结果:试验组患者对疾病相关知识的掌握程度,患者对护士的满意度均明显高于对照组。结论健康教育责任到人有利于保证健康教育的有效实施,是深入开展优质护理服务的重要举措。科学的实施健康教育对促进患者的康复及预防保健起到了积极的促进作用。Objective To investigate the responsibility of nurses in the system of care model, the effect of health education of hospitalized patients affected. Method approach to retrospective studies, the experimental group compared with the control group. Control group by the nurses in the clinical course of treatment for patients, health education, no specific responsibility for nurses. Test group to take responsibility for the care of nurses responsible for the system model, that 18 wards in our hospital to implement the responsibility of nurses per patient, responsible for admission, treatment, hospital treatment and care in all aspects, especially on the concept as the basis for the overall care a planned, organized, systematic health education for patients with active, comprehensive, continuous health education service model. The results of the test group patients with the disease - related knowledge levels, satisfaction of nurses in pa- tients were significantly higher. Conclusion Health education responsibility to the people helping to ensure the effective implementation of health education, is deeply important to quality care initiatives. Science of health education to promote the rehabilitation of patients and preventive health care has played a positive role in promoting.
