儿童病人各阶段心理护理的体会

摘　　要：心理护理是指专业的护理工作者根据心理学的理论采取的有针对性的心理护理的过程。儿童病人突出的特点是年龄小，对疾病缺乏认识，心理活动随治疗情况而迅速变化，在不同阶段的心理发育不一，因此在患病时的反应也不一样。当前现实生活中大多都是独生子女，一旦生病，父母格外紧张。他们过分照顾，夸大病情，对医护人员提出过高要求。所以儿童病人的心理护理实际上在很大程度上是对家长的心理支持。我科自2 002年实行整体护理以来，改善了护患关系，提高了护理质量，突现了心理护理在工作中的重要性。在此我们对儿童病人各阶段的不同心理表现以及针对这些表现进行心理护理的体会进行探讨。Objective： Psychological nursing is refers to the specialized nursing worker the target-oriented psychological nursing process which adopts according to the psychology theory. Thechild patient＇s prominent characteristic is the age is small, lacks the understanding to disease, the psychological activity along with the treatment situation, but changes rapidly, varies in different period＇s psychological growth, therefore is dissimilar in the sick time response. In the current real life mostly is the only child, once falls ill, the parents are especially anxious. They look after excessively, the exaggerate illness, has set the high request to the medical care personnel. Therefore child patient＇s psychological nursing in fact to a great extent is to guardian＇s psychological support. My branch since 2 002 years has implemented whole nursing, improve have protected the trouble relations, improved the nursing quality, have appeared suddenly psychological nursing in the work importance. In this we carry on psychological nursing to the child patient various stages＇ different psychological performance as well as in view of these performance the experience to carry on the discussion.
