摘 要:目的: 对下肢骨折术后病人进行人工功能锻炼与被动训练器锻炼康复效果的比较。方法:分别将下肢骨折术后病人使用人工功能锻炼具有恢复正常活动早,并发症少或轻的优点138例及使用T-GBQ-01型微电脑关节被动训练器122例的临床资料,对两组病人在同一时间内进行锻炼后的患股肌力、伸屈角度、肿胀、疼痛及并发症进行对比。结果:使用人工功能锻炼在肌力与伸屈角度的恢复、肿胀与疼痛的减轻及减少并发症的发生效果比T-GBQ-01型微电脑关节被动训练器的效果好。结论:使用人工功能锻炼具有恢复正常活动早,并发症少或轻的优点,是比较值得推广的一种康复方式。Objective: to lower limb fracture patient artificial functional exercise and passive device training rehabilitation effect comparison. Methods: respectively after lower limb fracture patients using artificial functional exercise with the return to normal activity earlier, less complications and the advantages of light in 138 cases and the use of T-GBQ-01 microcomputer passive joint training for clinical data of 122 cases, the two groups of patients at the same time for exercise when the femoral muscle strength, extension and flexion angle, swelling, pain and complications were compared. Results: the use of artificial training on muscle strength and flexion angle recovery, swelling and relieve pain and reduce complications effect than T-GBQ-01 microcomputer joint passive training effect is good. Conclusion: the use of artificial functional exercise with the return to normal activity earlier, less complications and the advantages of light, is worthy of a rehabilitation method.
