摘　　要：以云南丽江束河古镇、禄丰黑井古镇的历史保护与开发为例,探讨市场经济条件下市场力与政府在保护开发过程中的作用,提出欠发达地区历史性古镇保护与开发的新思路。Take historical protection and development of Lijiang SuHe town,LuFeng HeiJin town in YunNan as examples,this paper discusses market power and government has played the role in protection development under market economy condition,thus put forward new ideas of historic town protection and development in underdeveloped region.
