Study on Causal Association Mechanism between Regional Innovation Environment and Shanghai R&D Industry

摘  要:采用回归分析模型、基于因子的协整、Granger因果检验及脉冲响应函数,对区域创新与上海研发产业的关系进行了定量研究,结果发现:(1)在区域创新环境的六个组成部分中,政府的重视程度对研发产业的影响最大,其次为基础设施及开放的文化氛围,再次是GDP和R&D投入,最后是通讯基础设施;(2)通过协整检验与Granger因果检验发现,上海市研发产业与区域创新环境存在长期的均衡关系,区域创新环境在较短时期内是研发产业的Granger原因,而研发产业也在短期对区域创新环境具有一定的推动作用,二者具有一定的良性互动;(3)运用脉冲响应函数得到的结论与Granger因果及二者理论机制分析相一致,研发产业对自身的作用一直大于区域创新环境对研发产业的影响,并且研发产业对区域创新环境的作用在稍长的时间内一直大于区域创新环境对自身的作用。The relationship between the regional innovation environment and R&D industry in Shanghai is quantitatively studied with regression analysis model based on factors cointegration,Granger causality test and impulse response function.It finds that:(1) in the six components of regional innovation environment,the government’s emphasis plays the most important role in affecting R&D industry,followed by infrastructure,cultural openness,GDP and R&D input,with communications being the last one;(2) equilibrium relationship exists between Shanghai’s R&D industry and regional innovation environment in long term through cointegration test and Granger causality test;regional innovation environment is the cause of R&D Industry’s Granger in a relatively short period and R&D industry plays a certain role in the construction of regional innovation environment;(3) conclusion got by using the pulse response function is consistent with Granger causality test and theoretic mechanism analysis;the R&D industry’s impact on its own is more than regional innovation environment’s impact all the time,and R&D industry’s impact on regional innovation environment keeps larger than the impact it does on itself in the longer period
