摘　　要：基于新兴古典微观经济学的视角,从组织结构变迁意义上解析农田水利的困境及非均衡状态的原因,并从改进组织结构和提高交易效率角度提出今后农田水利的组织创新方式。From the perspective of neoclassical economics, this paper analyses the reasons of plight and non-equilibrium state in the sense of organizational structure changes. Aiming at improving organizational structure and trading efficiency, it gives innovative ways of water conservancy construction in the future.
