摘　　要：目的探讨急诊体外自动除颤仪频繁电除颤抢救急性心肌梗死后电风暴的护理方法。方法对3例急性心肌梗死合并心室电风暴患者在抢救中实施心理、观察、电击除颤等一系列护理措施。结果 3例患者除运用胺碘酮等药物外均接受超过10次体外自动除颤仪电除颤,最终生命体征平稳,病情稳定出院。结论在急诊反复除颤及药物治疗过程中,护士的作用至关重要,对最终抢救结果有着决定性影响。Objective To investigate the automatic emergency defibrillators in vitro rescue frequent defibrillation electrical storm after acute myocardial infarction care approach.Methods Three cases of acute myocardial infarction patients in the combined ventricular electrical storm in the implementation of psychological rescue,observation,defibrillation and a series of care measures.Results 3 patients in addition to the use of drugs such as amiodarone are accepted more than 10 times outside the automatic external defibrillator defibrillation,the final stable vital signs,was discharged in stable condition.Conclusion Repeated defibrillation and drugs in the emergency treatment process,the role of nurses is critical,the final rescue of the results has a decisive impact.
